After I read more than half of the novel.

Sam went from Hasting home to his mum and didn't leave the house for a few days. After four days he met Alicia and they talked about the baby. Alicia wanted to keep the baby and Sam was ok with it. At the next day, they told their parents. They were shocked. Alicia asked Sam if he want's to life with her and her family and he said yes. After that, Sam got whizzed in the futur again. In this “dream“,his son was born, he had a little sister and he didn't live at Alicia's house anymore.

In my opinion the whole pregnancy situation asks too much of Sam and Alicia, it's pretty unlikely that they get back again.

So here are some questions I would ask Nick Hornby:

• Why you wrote a book for young people?

• Are you skater?

• What have you inspired to write this book?
